On February 22, the Labor Federation of Dien Bien district, Dien Bien province launched the Trade Union of Dien Bien High-Tech Tuynel Brick Construction Materials Production Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the Company's Trade Union was established with 22 union members.
Ms. Trieu Thi Hanh - Former Chairwoman of the Company's Trade Union - said that the establishment of the Trade Union has met the aspirations and wishes of the company's staff.
"The Provisional Executive Committee promotes solidarity, upholds the sense of responsibility, closely follows the socio-economic development tasks of the district and the tasks of the company, closely follows the Resolution of the superior Trade Union, closely coordinates with the Board of Directors to mobilize cadres and employees to effectively implement the targets and tasks of the trade union and the company" - Ms. Hanh emphasized.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Tan Minh Long - Chairman of the Dien Bien Provincial Federation of Labor - emphasized the role, responsibility and necessity of trade union organizations in enterprises.
Mr. Long hopes that the Company's Provisional Executive Board of the Trade Union will closely coordinate with the Company's leaders to organize emulation movements, promote propaganda, and mobilize union members, workers and civil servants to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and policies, contributing to the overall development of the district and the province.
Establishing a Trade Union organization in enterprises is really necessary and extremely important. Create favorable conditions for employees and business owners to establish a close, harmonious and equal relationship in all activities.
At the same time, it contributes to preventing and limiting labor disputes that may occur during production and business.
