On August 2nd, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation organized the launch ceremony of the "Happy Worker Family" model at the Trade Union of Annora Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd.
Attending the program were representatives of leaders of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, the Company's Board of Directors, the Company's Trade Union, 50 typical families and a large number of workers.
At the program, the Trade Union of Annora Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. announced the decision to establish the model, launch the Management Board and approve the operating regulations of the "Happy Worker Family" model.
This is the 4th unit selected by the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation to implement the pilot model.
Within the framework of the program, Thanh Hoa Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital provides QR codes to connect online counseling channels on reproductive health care for union members and workers.
The Organizing Committee also organized many games and exchange activities to connect families; giving gifts from the company to children of union members and workers.
On this occasion, the program awarded English reading and learning markers from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances; commended and rewarded children who overcame difficulties and studied well.
According to the Organizing Committee, the "Happy Worker Family" model aims to contribute to improving knowledge and skills in health care for union members and workers; strengthen understanding and sharing among family members; create conditions for each family to join hands to build a prosperous, progressive, and happy life.
