The 24/7 Front Portal - "Receiving and processing people's reflections and recommendations" is a channel to collect and listen to people's opinions in the digital environment, allowing people, agencies, and organizations to send reflections, recommendations, suggestions, thoughts, aspirations and suggestions for building the city through smartphones or computers with internet connection. The system supports multi-media reception, including documents, images, videos and the location of the scene, helping people easily participate in monitoring and reflecting on issues arising in social life conveniently, quickly, anytime, anywhere.
The portal is designed to create a bridge between people, organizations and the Fatherland Front system at all levels, and at the same time realize the supervisory and social criticism role of the Front in the strongest and most direct way. People can access it directly at the domain name address: https://pakn. matranso. vn or through the Electronic Information Portal of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong City with the domain name: https://mttq. haiphong. gov. vn, choosing the symbol "Receiving and processing reflections and recommendations of people".
The Digital Front Portal receives content reflecting issues arising in socio-economic life, national defense, security, order; opinions and initiatives contributing to building and developing the city; reflecting the slow or ineffective implementation of policies and directions of competent authorities; and receiving reflections on the settlement of administrative procedures in localities.
All feedback and recommendations after receipt will be classified, transferred to competent authorities for processing and monitored throughout the system, ensuring publicity, transparency, and intercommunication from the Central level to the grassroots level. The results of resolution are updated publicly on the Portal or sent directly to organizations and individuals.
People can proactively look up progress and processing results using personal information or receiving codes. The system operates continuously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, meeting the requirements of receiving information promptly, without time and space limits.
Speaking to direct at the conference, Mr. Pham Van Lap - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee emphasized that putting the Front Portal No. 24/7 - "Receiving and processing reflections and recommendations of people" into operation is an important step in implementing digital transformation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front system, gradually innovating operating methods, improving the quality and efficiency of Front work.
To make the Digital Front Portal effective right from its operation, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and State at all levels and relevant agencies and units to focus on promoting information, propaganda, and widespread dissemination of the purpose, meaning and utilities of the Portal to a large number of officials, union members, association members and people from all walks of life. At the same time, guide people to know, access and use the Portal to send feedback and recommendations conveniently and in accordance with regulations.
Professional departments organize the operation of the Portal to ensure smooth, synchronous, and effective operation; receive, classify, transfer, and process and monitor the results of resolving reflections and recommendations in accordance with procedures and authority, contributing to improving the effectiveness of supervision, social criticism, and participation in Party building and government building.
According to the plan, Front Portal No. 24/7 - "Receiving and processing reflections and petitions of people" officially went into operation throughout the city from August 1, 2026.
