Company leaders hope that, through the widespread deployment of the "Socialist Grassroots Trade Union" model, the Company will continue to improve the spirit of solidarity, attachment and internal strength of the collective; further awaken the spirit of responsibility, enthusiasm and creativity of employees; build a harmonious, stable and effective development environment, to jointly promote the Company's stable, healthy, high-quality and sustainable development.
Risun Technology Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) is a 100% foreign-invested enterprise, with investment capital from China, belonging to Risuntech Group, operating in the electronics sector and having production and business activities in the Chinese market.
The Company's Trade Union currently has 513 union members out of a total of 513 employees.
The Company's Trade Union has organized activities in all fields associated with 4 standards and 8 criteria of the "Socialist Grassroots Trade Union" model.
The highlight is the rate of union member gathering reaching 100%; Collective labor agreement classified A; 28/28 recommendations of workers were resolved or agreed on a solution plan. In addition, care work was deployed to all union members and workers; initiative emulation movements were applied and benefited; propaganda and training of officials were implemented relatively synchronously.
In addition, some contents of the set of criteria have not reached the maximum level, especially the continued completion of activities to improve cultural, spiritual, level and skill life. This result is the basis for the Trade Union to self-review, score and identify key tasks in the coming time.
Speaking at the model launch conference, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Member of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation, said that the nature of the "Socialist Grassroots Trade Union" model does not create a new type of trade union, nor does it supplement new functions, but is a step to comprehensively "standardize" core activities: better representation, more comprehensive care, improving skills, and promoting workers' initiatives.
For 100% foreign-invested enterprises such as Risun Technology Co., Ltd. (Vietnam), the implementation of this model does not change the nature of management or ownership of the company. On the contrary, this is a strategic step in building progressive labor relations.
When legitimate and lawful rights are fully guaranteed, employees will be deeply attached, promote discipline and be more creative, thereby directly creating high-quality human resources - a vital factor for the sustainable development of enterprises.
Also at the ceremony, the City Labor Federation presented 20 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, to union members in difficult circumstances.
