Refuel after work
The break between shifts at Tan De 1 Factory - Tan De Company (Thai Binh City) has just begun and the familiar music is heard on the loudspeaker system located in the factories. Hundreds of workers happily left their workplaces and quickly lined up in long lines to prepare for a relaxing exercise in the middle of the day. The training session lasted a few minutes, but afterward, the workers in the factory felt relaxed and comfortable, as if they had more energy after a tiring working hour.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha (worker of Tan De Factory 1) was excited: "The typical characteristic of garment industry workers is that we have to sit and work all day in front of a sewing machine, often suffering from eye strain, shoulder fatigue, and stiff limbs, so Mid-hour exercise activities are very necessary and useful. Just 5 - 10 minutes of exercise between shifts helps us relax our limbs and have more joy and energy."

At first, when they started practicing, the workers were still shy because they had never participated in collective movements like that. However, after being instructed on basic movements at the workshop and practicing with videos on the fanpage "Tan De House", it helped union members and workers remember the movements and create positive habits that can be maintained."
