On May 2nd, the Labor Recruitment Council of Vietnam Airports Corporation (ACV) continued to announce the recruitment of workers for Long Thanh International Airport (Long Thanh airport) phase 2 - phase 1.
According to the ACV Recruitment Council, this second phase has 35 positions to be recruited, including specialists: general, legal, communication, accounting, planning, procurement, business, environment, engineering, construction; construction engineers, information technology, maintenance operations; medical staff, passenger bridge operations, production statistics, flight plans, emergency coordination, on-duty operations, grass cutting, yard and road cleaning, parking lot monitoring, waste treatment, toll collection, drivers...
Regarding recruitment standards, in addition to expertise, most positions have different requirements for English proficiency (TOEIC from 300-500 or equivalent depending on the job position), basic information technology application, age not exceeding 35...
Employees when recruited will work at Long Thanh airport, Long Thanh ward, Dong Nai city, with attractive salary, bonus, and income regimes, with a monthly salary not lower than 15 million VND/month.
Previously, on April 16, the ACV Labor Recruitment Council recruited the first phase – phase 1 for Long Thanh airport with positions such as: Aviation Safety specialist; Safety staff; Service Quality Control specialist; drivers and ground equipment operators (electric vehicles, self-propelled cranes, firefighters, ambulances); fire prevention and fighting staff, maintenance staff, technical equipment repair staff; technical equipment operators.
In 2026, the total number expected for the ACV Labor Recruitment Council to recruit is about 400 workers.
Currently, the total number of employees recruited at Long Thanh airport is nearly 200 people. Among them, engineers and technicians are more than 100 people and are working in reality at Tan Son Nhat International Airport and at the Long Thanh International Airport Project to accumulate experience; at the same time, absorb the new technical systems equipped in the near future when Long Thanh airport goes into operation, the plan is expected to be at the end of 2026.
