Ms. Truong Thi Hoan (52 years old) - Head of the Processing Technical Department of Nam Ha Tinh Seafood Company is a person who has had many achievements during her work, and has been commended by many levels and sectors, including being awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Ms. Hoan shared that during her work, she often observes the operation and operation of the production team meticulously. Realizing that there were many redundant and quite messy movements, she adjusted them down to shorten the time, giving higher work efficiency.
In 2004, Ms. Hoan had an initiative to preserve raw materials and was awarded the Encouragement Prize by the Department of Science and Technology of Ha Tinh.
In 2023, she had an initiative with the theme "Roll truck transportation" applied instead of manual transportation. As a result, it has saved labor, increased labor productivity, and benefited the Company more than 500 million VND per year.
"I have initiated the initiative to launch a rolling conveyor belt to transport goods to reduce labor for workers, while increasing efficiency and labor productivity," Ms. Hoan shared.
With many achievements in labor, in 2025, Ms. Hoan will be the only person in Ha Tinh among 95 outstanding workers nationwide who are Party members honored by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
At Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, through its operation, many creative labor models and technical innovation initiatives have appeared.
Mr. Nguyen Van Tinh (born in 1992, residing in Cam Due commune, Ha Tinh province) is the person with many initiatives contributing to Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company.
In 2021, he initiated the initiative to develop a can overturner and Orebrit can villas drying. In 2023, he re-pscreened the cataract label, the packaging machine, and renovated the stickypron bag closing machine. Also in this year, he developed a mobile excavator.
In 2024, realizing that the process of putting medicine in the medicine bags of white flower products requires 7 people to do it manually, taking a lot of time, Mr. Tinh and a few brothers in the mechanical engineering department researched a medicine bagging machine.
When using this machine, just 1 person needs to load the medicine and 1 person puts the medicine in the truck so that the machine can do the remaining work to complete the bagging of medicine.
Timely honor and reward
Mr. Ngo Dinh Van - Vice Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor - said that in recent years, emulation and reward work has always been focused on by Ha Tinh Trade Unions at all levels.
In the patriotic emulation movements launched, the emulation movement "Good workers, Creative workers" was widely deployed, attracting a large number of union members and workers to participate, achieving important results.
In the 2023 - 2025 period, the whole Ha Tinh province has 16,835 innovative experiences, contributing to the profit of hundreds of billions of VND.
Through the emulation movement "Good workers, Creative workers", 6,855 grassroots emulation fighters, 10 individuals were awarded creative labor certificates; 1 individual was awarded the Nguyen Duc Canh Award; 1 collective and 3 individuals were honored at the Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; 1 female union member was honored by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor as a female union member with creative and dynamic activities.
Mr. Ngo Dinh Van - Vice Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor affirmed that in the coming time, the emulation and reward work will continue to be promptly implemented by Ha Tinh Trade Unions at all levels. In particular, emulation and reward must be objective, substantial, focusing on rewarding direct employees.
