In addition, many forces to strengthen support for construction units on the construction site are also being actively mobilized and supported by localities.
Construction was carried out simultaneously, working overtime at night, continuously regardless of sun or rain. In the most difficult locations, construction is currently underway at the same time in the sprint phase. Progress is increasing continuously day by day, even hour by hour, so according to Mr. Cuong, it is difficult to statistically get accurate data on progress.
However, Mr. Cuong affirmed: "We are trying to make it possible to turn on power on August 25, to hold the inauguration on August 29. Thus, it is expected to meet the completion schedule before National Day September 2 as directed by the Prime Minister."
Also according to Mr. Cuong, leaders of the National Power Transmission Corporation also continuously urged and affirmed that they will complete the 500kV circuit 3 line project before September 2.

The 500kV circuit 3 line project from Quang Trach to Pho Noi has a total length of about 519km, passing through 9 provinces including: Quang Binh, Ha Tinh, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Hai Duong, Hung Yen.
The project is invested by the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) under Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN). The project has 1,177 column foundations, total investment of about 22,300 billion VND.
The 500kV circuit 3 line project from Quang Trach to Pho Noi has a particularly important meaning in improving the transmission capacity of the national power system, ensuring proactiveness and flexibility in direction, operation, and balance. electricity supply between regions, ensuring national energy security, contributing to ensuring sufficient and stable electricity supply for production and business and serving people's lives in localities.
According to Vietnam Electricity Group, it is expected that the project inauguration ceremony will be held before September 2, 2024, in 9 provinces in an online form.
