The contest has the participation of 6 teams and the enthusiastic cheers of all employees of Paishing Vietnam Joint Stock Company. Within 45 minutes, the teams completed the artistic flower arrangement on the theme of Vietnamese Women in the new era, then presented their works for a maximum of 3 minutes.
The criteria for evaluating the work are correct theme, reasonable layout, fresh flowers, harmonious and beautiful combined colors; creative and unique ideas; meaningful presentation content and expressions that are emotional, fluid, convincing, and attractive. At the end of the contest, the excellent Handlers team won the First Prize. The Organizing Committee also awarded 2 Second prizes and 3 Third prizes to the participating teams.
Previously, in early October, the Viet Tiep Friendship Labor Cultural Palace coordinated with the Trade Union of Paishing Vietnam Joint Stock Company to organize an artistic flower arrangement class for workers. Here, trainees who are workers at Paishing Vietnam Joint Stock Company learn basic knowledge about the layout, color and meaning of flower arrangement art, and practice creating works with their own unique features. This activity responds to the plan of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation on implementing cultural and sports models among workers, civil servants and laborers in 2025. Thereby, it shows the concern of the City Labor Federation for the spiritual life of workers, affirming the role of the Viet Tiep Friendship Labor Cultural Palace in bringing culture closer to workers in the city's industrial parks.
