Previously, people filmed a scene of a cyclo driver being offensive to a female foreign tourist and a baby.
The clip was posted by a social media account named T.L showing a foreign woman and a baby paying a cyclo rider. However, the cyclo driver showed signs of anger, disagreed with the fare, and then snatched money from tourists, making both of them seem scared.
Chairman of Nha Trang Cyclo Union Le Quang Nhat confirmed that the character in the above clip is a member of Nha Trang Cyclo Union. This man is from Phu Yen province.
The reason for the incident was that the cyclo driver and tourists had language disagreements and were not sure about the service price.
Tomorrow (June 2), Nha Trang Cyclo Union will hold a meeting attended by the above cyclo drivers.
Nha Trang Cyclo Union will remove this cyclo driver from the Union.
