In the process of operation, the unit has effectively operated Fanpage, Zalo group, Youtube channel of Chau Pha Commune Trade Union, becoming a formal information channel, close to union members. In particular, the construction and free release of the course "Application of artificial intelligence AI in trade union work" and "Virtual AI Assistant for office work, legal advice" are creative highlights, helping to reduce about 30% of work processing time and increase accessibility to union members.
In 2026, the Trade Union of Chau Pha commune identified key orientations for implementing activities such as: Taking union members and workers as the center in all activities of caring for, representing and protecting rights; Strongly innovating operating methods, increasing practicality, strongly focusing on grassroots levels; Improving the quality of Trade Union officials. Especially continuing to strengthen digital transformation, applying AI in union member management, propaganda and support for grassroots Trade Unions in the area.
