On January 7, the Executive Committee of the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation (LDLD) held the 1st Conference, term I, term 2025-2030. This is a particularly important meeting, laying the foundation for the operation of the new apparatus and deploying political tasks immediately after the Provincial Trade Union Congress.
At the conference, delegates focused on researching, discussing and giving opinions on documents after the Provincial Trade Union Congress, focusing on the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 1st Vinh Long Provincial Trade Union Congress and the full-term working program.
The conference also considered the decision to issue regulations, assign tasks to the Executive Committee, Inspection Committee; programs, thematic plans and a system of documents serving the 2025 year-end conference. Focusing on contributing opinions to the communication program associated with digital transformation, building "Digital Trade Unions" and managing "digital union members" in the period from 2026 to 2030.
The delegate analyzed the plan to develop union members, establish grassroots trade unions and build a team of professional, brave, and dynamic trade union officials in the new situation.

Concluding the conference, Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh - Chairman of Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation - emphasized the proud results of 2025 despite having to go through the stage of merger and organizational arrangement.
The Chairman of Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation requested specialized sectors to maximize contributions, complete documents to officially sign and promulgate, and guide implementation throughout the system.
Mr. Linh requested the Executive Committee members to "innovate and be creative" right in their thinking and ways of doing things to successfully implement the targets for union member development right from the beginning of the year.
The implementation of programs and plans at affiliated trade unions must ensure the motto "clear work - clear people - clear time - clear results", avoid formality and delays.
Each comrade member must promote the core role, personal responsibility, directly direct and inspect the implementation at the unit assigned to be in charge regularly.
The solidarity and determination to innovate of the collective of the Executive Committee of the I term will create strong motivation for the province's Trade Union activities to develop steadily in 2026.
