The conference was attended by the Board of Directors of the Group, VNPT Trade Union (under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology) and representatives of workers throughout the system, which is an important forum to promote democracy, strengthen dialogue and consolidate consensus between employers and employees.
Speaking to direct the conference, Mr. To Dung Thai - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Member Council of VNPT Group - acknowledged the effective coordination between professional and trade union in caring for life, ensuring jobs, income and regimes and policies for employees. At the same time, he called on each official and employee to continue to improve their sense of responsibility, spread VNPT values and products, and build a corporate culture based on the spirit of keeping promises - setting an example - persistence - innovation.
At the conference, delegates listened to reports on production and business results, the implementation of regimes and policies for employees; elected the People's Inspection Board for the new term consisting of 9 members and participated in direct dialogue with the Group's leadership on mechanisms, policies, training, job placement conversion, welfare and solutions to improve production and business efficiency.
Answering the opinions of employees, Mr. Huynh Quang Liem - General Director of the Group affirmed that VNPT - will continue to improve mechanisms and policies, create a favorable working environment for employees to feel secure in sticking with and developing their careers and accompanying the Group in the digital transformation journey.
Also in the program, the conference approved the Collective Labor Agreement and organized a signing ceremony between employer representatives and the Executive Committee of VNPT Trade Union, affirming the commitment to building a harmonious, stable and developed working environment.
With the spirit of democracy - responsibility - companionship, the conference passed Resolution 2026, creating unity in goals and actions, adding motivation for VNPT employees to join hands to build a rapid and sustainable development group in the new period.
