Affiliated Trade Unions take advantage of the leadership of Party committees, closely coordinate with heads of agencies, units, and businesses to effectively organize and implement activities of Workers' Month, Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health; periodically meet, listen to and dialogue with workers, promptly resolve issues of concern and urgency for union members and workers, focusing on improving working conditions, building safe working procedures and measures, and reducing stress at the workplace.
Pay attention to the work of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, in which focusing on workers and direct production workers in difficult circumstances, organizing visits and giving gifts to encourage their spirit so that they can feel secure in their work and be attached to the unit and enterprise for a long time.
Continue to launch and widely and practically deploy patriotic emulation movements among union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers, focusing on the movement "Good labor, high productivity"; promptly encourage and reward collectives and individuals with typical achievements in the emulation movement "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and health"; pay attention to creating conditions for the team of safety and hygiene workers at the grassroots level.
