In order to equip key union officials with knowledge, professional skills and union methods, the People's Public Security Trade Union organizes training for key union officials.
According to the People's Public Security Trade Union (CAND), the training program is expected to be held on September 29-30, 2025, in Buon Ma Thuot ward, Dak Lak province.
At the training program, the Organizing Committee will implement the goal of training and fostering theory and professional skills, methods and activities for trade union officials. Training on the amended and supplemented Trade Union Law in 2025, the Law on Social Insurance 2024, the directive resolution of the Presidium of the General Confederation of Labor on the Trade Union Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term and trade union activities in the coming time. Training on the topic " application of artificial intelligence (AI) in Trade Union work".
In particular, training will be focused on the organization of congresses at all levels in the People's Public Security for the 2025 - 2030 term to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union, the instructions of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the People's Public Security Trade Union.
It is expected that the People's Public Security Trade Union and the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation will sign a coordination regulations on trade union activities between the two units.
