Professional training for grassroots union officials

    Hanoi - Cau Giay District Labor Federation said it will organize the first round of Trade Union training in 2025 for grassroots trade union officials in the district.

    The training content focuses on updating new regulations of the 2024 Trade Union Law and the 2024 Social Insurance Law. Therefore, the District Labor Federation hopes that grassroots union officials will grasp the new regulations of the law on labor and trade unions, especially the important changes in the 2024 Trade Union Law.

    In addition, grassroots union officials were also instructed on how to practice the necessary skills to perform well at the grassroots level as well as discussed, exchanged experiences and had their questions answered on issues that were still stuck during their activities at the grassroots union.

    The training course helps trade union officials perform well their role of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers. According to the 2025 Trade Union Cadre Training and fostering Plan, the Cau Giay District Labor Federation will continue to coordinate with the Cau Giay District Political Center, the Tax Department, and the District Social Insurance to organize more training courses on Trade Union work in the coming time.
