Attending the conference were Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan - Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, trade union officials of Area Management Working Group No. 4 and 250 grassroots trade union officials at enterprises.
Speaking at the ceremony, leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation said that the Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union Management Application aims to digitize the entire process of trade union activities from grassroots to city level. The application also helps to form a unified, synchronous management system, transitioning from periodic reporting to a mechanism to automatically update data arising in real time.
Thereby, improving the capacity to apply information technology in the management and administration of trade union officials at all levels; gradually implementing digital transformation in trade union activities, contributing to improving the effectiveness of the direction and administration of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation.
At the conference, grassroots trade union officials were instructed by speakers of the City Labor Federation and members of Working Group No. 4 for using the Trade Union Management Application; at the same time, grassroots trade unions were answered questions related to updating the application.
