Towards Workers' Month 2026, the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation is actively completing preparations for the launching ceremony of Workers' Month associated with the Action Month on occupational safety and health, scheduled to be held on the morning of April 24th at Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park (Trang Bang ward), with the participation of about 3,000 union members and workers.

According to the plan, this year's Workers' Month is implemented in an innovative and practical direction, putting workers at the center, focusing on activities to care for the material and spiritual life; protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; and at the same time, promoting the labor production emulation movement, promoting technical innovation initiatives in enterprises.

The launching ceremony will be the starting point for a series of peak activities in May, with many key contents such as dialogues between workers and government leaders, businesses and trade union organizations; implementing the "Thank you workers" program; organizing union member welfare activities, health check-ups, legal advice, caring for female workers and supporting union members in difficult circumstances.

Notably, during this year's Workers' Month, the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation is expected to give 10,000 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances with a total budget of about 10 billion VND; support 20 "Trade Union Homes" for union members in difficult housing circumstances, worth about 1.4 billion VND. At the same time, many socialized resources from businesses and companion organizations continue to be mobilized to expand practical care activities for workers.

In addition, trade union levels in the province also promote propaganda and mobilize businesses to respond to the Action Month on occupational safety and health; deploy the movement to build a safe working environment, prevent workplace accidents and occupational diseases; contributing to improving the quality of employment and ensuring health for workers.

Through the series of activities of Workers' Month 2026, the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation continues to affirm its role in accompanying workers, strengthening the connection between trade union organizations and businesses and local authorities, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations in the new situation.
