Implementing the Plan of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on organizing Trade Union Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th Congress of Vietnam Trade Union for the 2026-2031 term, the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor (VFF) is synchronously implementing training and guidance work to carefully prepare for the 2025-2030 term General Confederation of Labor (GCC).
Up to now, the Provincial Federation of Labor has organized 8 specialized training courses, attracting nearly 1,100 grassroots union officials from industrial parks in the area to attend. The training content focuses on thoroughly grasping the process, procedures, content and time of organizing the congress in accordance with the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union and the instructions of the General Confederation.
In addition, students are instructed to prepare a congress spending budget, ensuring the use of union funds for the right purpose, economically and effectively. The Provincial Federation of Labor also implemented guidance on the preparation of the budget for trade union financial revenue and expenditure in 2026, helping units proactively develop transparent financial plans, contributing to improving operational efficiency and better care for union members and workers.
This training activity not only helps grassroots union officials improve their professional qualifications and skills in organizing congresses, but also demonstrates the proactiveness and determination of the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor in comprehensively preparing for the Trade Union Congress at all levels. This is an important first step towards the success of the Tay Ninh Provincial Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term, while contributing to the overall success of the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union for the 2026-2031 term.
