In order to create a vibrant and united competitive atmosphere and determined to comprehensively complete the assigned targets, Tay Ninh Social Insurance has just launched a water-based emulation movement for the last 3 months of 2025 with the theme: "The collective and civil servants, employees and employees of Tay Ninh Social Insurance strive to overcome difficulties, determined to compete to excellently complete the targets of collecting and developing social insurance and health insurance participants in 2025".
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Director of the Provincial Social Insurance Nguyen Van Huan - Chairman of the Provincial Social Insurance Emulation and Reward Council called on all civil servants and employees in the industry to promote the spirit of "Solidarity - discipline - responsibility - creativity - efficiency", focus resources to complete and exceed the targets for collection and development of social insurance, unemployment insurance (UI) and health insurance (HI) participants in 2025.
Key emulation contents include the synchronous and drastic implementation of solutions to expand social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance participants; urge collection and reduction of late payment debts; strengthen inspection and strictly handle the situation of late or evasion of insurance payment; at the same time proactively propose solutions to remove difficulties, ensure collection progress and develop subjects in the whole province.
From now until December 31, 2025, the entire Tay Ninh Social Insurance sector strives to achieve and exceed key targets such as: 653,203 compulsory social insurance participants, 2,761,569 health insurance participants (excluding armed forces) and 54,242 voluntary social insurance participants. In addition, the province sets a target of total social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance revenue exceeding the target assigned by Vietnam Social Insurance and the rate of late payment not exceeding 2.35%.
At the end of the movement, the provincial Social Insurance will select 7 collectives and 12 outstanding individuals to commend and reward. These will be typical examples in innovating methods, promoting initiatives, contributing to spreading the spirit of patriotic emulation throughout the industry.
The sprint emulation movement in the last 3 months of the year is considered a meaningful annual activity, demonstrating the high determination of the collective of cadres, civil servants and employees of Tay Ninh Social Insurance in comprehensively completing the political tasks in 2025, aiming to serve people and businesses increasingly professionally, effectively and friendlively.
