According to the plan of Vietnam Social Insurance and Tay Ninh Provincial Social Insurance, the 2025 survey will be deployed throughout the province with a total of 2,457 votes, allocated to the Provincial Social Insurance Office and affiliated units. The survey forms have a thick border mark, collected directly at people's homes, medical examination and treatment facilities, pension payment points, insurance collection points or at the "one-stop" department.
The survey was conducted on 5 groups of subjects including: people coming to transact directly at the social insurance agency; individuals and organizations conducting electronic transactions; participants in voluntary social insurance, household health insurance; people receiving pensions and social insurance benefits via ATM accounts; and patients receiving medical examination and treatment using health insurance cards. The survey samples were randomly selected to ensure representation and objectivity.
Tay Ninh Social Insurance affirms that all personal and organizational information participating in the survey will be absolutely confidential, serving the purpose of statistics and assessing service quality. The officials who conducted the survey all have introduction books, industry cards and comply with professional processes, ensuring publicity and transparency.
The survey results will be an important basis for Tay Ninh Social Insurance and Vietnam Social Insurance to continue reforming administrative procedures, improving service quality, and at the same time proposing to perfect policies and laws related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
At the same time, Tay Ninh Social Insurance recommends that people be vigilant against calls and fake messages of social insurance officers asking to provide personal information, account number or OTP code. The Social Insurance Agency does not conduct any survey or verification by phone, but only conducts it directly with a valid form with a confirmation stamp.
