The Congress also set out directions and tasks for the 2025 - 2030 term, identifying continuing to take workers as the center, building a strong trade union organization, accompanying businesses in development.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the 5th term consisting of 9 people, of which Ms. Dang Thi Truc Ly was re-elected to the position of Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Federal Bay Industrial Joint Stock Company, term 2025 - 2030.
