Attending and directing the congresses were Mr. Nguyen Hoai Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Tay Ninh Industrial Park Trade Union, representatives of business leaders, Board of Directors, Executive Board of trade unions at all levels and a large number of union members and workers.
The Trade Union Congress of Newwide Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Phuoc Dong Industrial Park) summarized an effective term of operation, with many outstanding results in caring for workers' rights. Currently, the grassroots union manages 1,031 union members/1,034 workers, of which women account for 41.9%. The Congress summoned 60 official delegates representing all union members. As a result, Mr. Nguyen Minh Su was re-elected as Chairman of the Trade Union of Newwide Vietnam Co., Ltd. for the third term, 2025 - 2030.
The 3rd Congress, term 2025 - 2030 of the Trade Union of CCGRASS Vietnam Co., Ltd. was held in a spirit of democracy, solidarity and responsibility. Currently, the grassroots union manages 2,874 union members/2,874 workers, of which women account for 41.65%. The Congress elected an Executive Committee of 7 members, Ms. Cao Ngoc Thuy was re-elected as the 3rd Chairwoman of the Trade Union of CCGRASS Vietnam Co., Ltd., term 2025 - 2030.

The Trade Union of Pou Li Vietnam Co., Ltd. currently manages 4,229 union members/4,272 workers, of which women account for 80.61%. Average income reached 9.64 million VND/person/month, up 12.09% over the beginning of the term. The Congress elected an Executive Committee of 11 members; Ms. Doan Thi Thanh Thuy was re-elected as Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Pou Li Vietnam Co., Ltd. for the 4th term, 2025 - 2030.
Speaking at the congresses, Mr. Nguyen Hoai Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Tay Ninh Industrial Park Trade Union Committee praised the results that the grassroots trade unions have achieved in the past term, and emphasized the task in the coming time: "The Executive Committees need to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers, enhance dialogue, build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises".
