The event aims to help civil servants and employees in the industry grasp new points in a timely manner, while improving their professional skills in handling and paying social insurance and accident insurance (BHTN) regimes.
The conference was held directly at the provincial Social Insurance headquarters and online to the grassroots points. Leaders of the provincial Social Insurance and a large number of professional staff attended. Here, the reporters introduced in detail the important regulations in the Social Insurance Law 2024, decrees and guiding circulars related to compulsory and voluntary social insurance.
Notably, the conference focused on disseminating the process of resolving and paying regimes according to Decision 2222/QD-BHXH of Vietnam Social Insurance, guiding operations on professional software, and pointing out notes to limit errors in implementing pension regimes, occupational accidents - occupational diseases and beneficiary management.
Not only stopping at the training session, the conference also created a forum for direct exchanges, where delegates raised situations, asked questions and discussed practical difficulties. Thereby, many proposals and recommendations have been recorded to improve the process and improve the effectiveness of implementing the new Law in the locality.
This activity is considered a practical preparation step, helping to unify the entire Tay Ninh Social Insurance sector, ensuring the implementation of policies in accordance with regulations, on time and effectively. Thereby, the rights of people and workers are better protected, while strengthening trust in the social security system.
