In An Tinh ward, Dai Tu Nhien PKG Company Limited held a Congress to establish a grassroots trade union. The Congress elected the Executive Committee of 3 members and the Inspection Committee of 3 members; Mr. Phuong Lac Thanh was elected Chairman of the Trade Union. The Executive Board of the Trade Union announced the operation plan, focusing on coordinating with enterprises to organize conferences for workers, dialogues at the workplace, sign collective labor agreements, and at the same time supervise the implementation of labor regimes and policies in accordance with legal regulations.
The establishment of more grassroots trade unions contributes to expanding the network of trade union organizations at enterprises, creating conditions for workers to have a channel of representation, protect their rights and jointly build harmonious and stable labor relations.
