The incident occurred at around 4:00 p.m. on September 21 on the Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet highway, km174 through Luong Son commune, Lam Dong province.
At that time, the truck with license plate 60H-190.32 was traveling on the expressway in the South - North direction.
When arriving at the above location, about 5km from the National Highway 28B intersection, the truck was suspected to have had a flat tire, hit a hard median strip and overturned in the middle of the road.
Goods thrown out of the truck's bins. No one was injured in the overturned car.
The Highway Traffic Control Patrol Team No. 6 (Department 6, Traffic Police Department) and the expressway management unit urgently arrived at the scene to remotely divert traffic and regulate traffic.
