According to the plan, Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group (TKV) will spend more than 30 billion VND from the Centralized Welfare Fund and TKV Trade Union financial resources to give Tet gifts to workers.
TKV plans to give cash gifts of 2 million VND/person to 3,000 outstanding workers and 9,587 workers in difficult circumstances.
Giving Tet gifts worth 500,000 VND/bag to 1,700 workers participating in the program "Tet for miners - Celebrating the glorious Party".
The program "Miners' Tet - Celebrating the glorious Party" will be held in 6 regions: Cam Pha, Ha Long, Uong Bi (Quang Ninh province), Thai Nguyen, Northwest and Central Highlands.
Within the framework of the program, delegations of Group leaders and trade unions will visit, wish a happy new year and give gifts directly to outstanding workers and workers in especially difficult circumstances.
TKV Trade Union continues to coordinate with units to support workers to return home for Tet, present "Trade Union Shelters" and provide financial support to workers of some units facing special difficulties in production and business in 2024.
Taking care of workers during Tet is a good tradition of TKV and the trade union organization, showing gratitude and deep concern for workers.
Through these activities, TKV hopes to motivate employees to work with peace of mind, stay committed and accompany the company to complete its tasks in 2025.
