On January 14, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan - Chairman of the Trade Union of Dong Thap Industrial Parks and Economic Zones led a working delegation to start the program of visiting and wishing Happy New Year to enterprises in the Industrial Park with welfare policies and good care for union members and workers.
At each destination, on behalf of the leaders of the Trade Union of Dong Thap industrial parks and economic zones, Mr. Nhan kindly visited the production and business situation of the enterprises; grasped the situation of care and support for workers.
During the discussion, Mr. Nhan expressed his excitement when he learned that although the economy still had many fluctuations, the company still made efforts to maintain and search for new customers and markets to maintain stable production. From there, there were more conditions to implement well the regimes and policies for employees according to the provisions of the law.
In particular, businesses are very interested in taking care of Tet for union members and employees, such as giving 13th month salary bonuses, giving gifts, organizing year-end parties, and lucky draws on the occasion of the Lunar New Year At Ty - 2025.
Appreciating the efforts of enterprises in maintaining production and business activities, implementing policies and laws for employees, Mr. Nhan wished enterprises to proactively transform digitally to meet new development needs.
“In the new year, I wish all businesses to overcome all difficulties, promote the achieved results, strive to complete the goals and tasks of the business, contribute to the completion of the task of socio-economic development of the locality, thereby improving the lives of workers” - Mr. Nhan emphasized.
As planned, before the New Year, the Trade Union of Dong Thap Industrial Parks and Economic Zones will visit and give Tet gifts to 15 enterprises in 3 industrial parks in the province: Sa Dec Industrial Park (Sa Dec City), Song Hau Industrial Park (Lai Vung) and Tran Quoc Toan Industrial Park (Cao Lanh City).
