Hanoi Employment Service Center said that in July 2026, the City has created jobs for 16,800 workers. In which, creating jobs for 2,200 workers from the City's entrusted budget capital through the Social Policy Bank with an amount of 306 billion VND; 292 workers were created jobs through labor export; more than 1,300 people found jobs through job transaction sessions and job counseling and introduction activities at Hanoi Employment Service Center; 13,000 workers were created jobs through other forms.
Also in July, the Hanoi Employment Service Center organized 23 job transaction sessions. There were 594 units/businesses participating in recruitment with a total of 12,881 recruitment and enrollment targets. The number of workers consulted and provided with labor market information was 4,433 workers. There were 1,586 workers connected and interviewed at job transaction sessions. As a result, 703 workers were recruited by businesses.
Regarding support and settlement of unemployment insurance (BHTN) policies in July, the Hanoi Employment Service Center received 8,725 applications for unemployment insurance benefits (a decrease of 229 applications compared to the previous month and an increase of 1,652 applications compared to the same period last year). Appraised and issued decisions to enjoy unemployment benefits for 7,508 applications (a decrease of 1,868 applications compared to the previous month and a decrease of 1,385 applications compared to the same period in 2025) with a support amount of 264.8 billion VND.
In addition, the Hanoi Employment Service Center has provided counseling and job search support for over 1,900 workers, including vocational training support for 61 people with an amount of 237.7 million VND.
