The Standing Committee of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of Bac Giang province has just held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the grassroots trade union of Precision Technology Component Fulian Company Limited with 7,194 union members.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Canh - Chairman of the Bac Giang Provincial Labor Federation - acknowledged the efforts of the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union in propagating and mobilizing the development of union members and the establishment of grassroots unions.
The Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation highly appreciated the attention and direction of the Company's Board of Directors for creating all favorable conditions throughout the process of mobilizing the establishment of the trade union organization.
At the same time, it is required that the Trade Unions of the Industrial Parks of the province and grassroots trade unions continue to perform their functions and tasks well so that the trade union organization is truly a bridge between workers and employers.
Mr. Ngo Duc Thang - Chairman of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of Bac Giang province - suggested that in the coming time, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union should soon improve the organization, develop a work program and plan, regularly grasp the thoughts, aspirations, pay attention to the material and spiritual life of workers, actively propagate and educate, participate in business management, build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
Request the company to pay attention to the activities of the trade union organization at the grassroots level and comply with all regulations of Vietnamese law when establishing the trade union organization.
Also at the ceremony, the Provincial Federation of Labor and the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union presented 30 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances who are working at the company, each gift worth 1,000,000 VND.
