On March 29, Mr. Nguyen Huu Cuong - Chairman of the Di Linh District Labor Federation - said that the training course aims to improve awareness, knowledge and skills for grassroots union officials.
The grassroots trade union is the place where policies, resolutions and activities for union members and workers are directly implemented.
"Therefore, trade union cadres must be trained and fostered to improve awareness and operational skills," Mr. Nguyen Huu Cuong affirmed.
This training session will have the participation of more than 400 grassroots union officials. The unit will disseminate the conclusions of the Politburo, the Secretariat and documents of the Central Government and Lam Dong province on streamlining the apparatus to operate effectively and efficiently.
