The newly established grassroots trade union is Midu MenaQ7 Joint Stock Company. This is a company that provides height-increasing products for children and trains learners in child height growth.
With the attention and support of the Company's Board of Directors and the help of the staff of the Ha Dong District Labor Federation, after studying the Trade Union Law and the Charter of Vietnam Trade Union, in 2024, the company established a Mobilization Committee to establish a grassroots trade union with 5 members.
During the propaganda process, 51 workers were mobilized to join the Trade Union. The mobilization committee and the collective of workers held a Congress to establish grassroots unions, announcing the list of 51 workers applying to join the Trade Union organization. The Congress elected the difficult Executive Committee I for the 2025 - 2028 term, consisting of 5 members.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Tran Thanh Kien - Company Operations Director - affirmed the need for the Trade Union organization in the enterprise to represent the voice of workers, protect legitimate rights, create conditions for people to work with peace of mind, maximize their abilities, and at the same time be a bridge between workers and the Company's Board of Directors.
