Burley Smart Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) has 100% Chinese investment capital, located at Lot A13-6, expanded Phuc Dien Industrial Park, Ke Sat commune, Hai Phong city. The enterprise specializes in producing manual tools running on motors or air compressors, operating stably from July 2025, currently has 130 employees.
At the end of August 2025, the Steering Committee for the establishment of the Trade Union was established and proceeded to develop a plan to propagate and mobilize workers to join the trade union organization. As a result, 100% of workers applied to join the Trade Union.
At the conference, representatives of the City Labor Federation requested the Executive Committee of grassroots trade unions to quickly stabilize operations and play a good role in representing and protecting the rights and interests of union members. Along with that, closely monitor the number of newly recruited workers to propagate and mobilize the development of union members, striving for 100% of workers to be union members...
