Orderar Development Co., Ltd. is a 100% Taiwanese-invested enterprise specializing in footwear production. The company officially operates stably from March 2026, currently has 96 Vietnamese workers working, including 85 female workers.
From the aspirations of the business leadership as well as the collective of employees, on May 25, 2026, the Mobilization Committee for the establishment of the trade union was established. The Mobilization Committee organized propaganda sessions to help employees understand clearly about the rights and duties of union members, about the role of the trade union organization in the company. After the propaganda process, 100% of employees applied to join the trade union organization.
At the conference, Hai Phong City Labor Federation awarded decisions to establish grassroots trade unions, admitting 96 workers who are trade union members. Mr. Nguyen Van Quyet - Standing Vice Chairman of the City Labor Federation, Head of the Industrial Park Trade Union Committee proposed that, immediately after the establishment ceremony, the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee urgently develop a work program, internal regulations, operating regulations of the Executive Committee, internal spending regulations, and coordination regulations between the Grassroots Trade Union Executive Committee and the Company's Board of Directors. At the same time, build, negotiate, and sign collective labor agreements.

The Executive Committee promotes improving the quality and effectiveness of movement activities among workers; attaching importance to innovating the content, methods, and ways of organizing emulation movements to suit the conditions, requirements, and tasks of enterprises, especially promoting the emulation movement of good labor, creative labor associated with productivity, quality, and efficiency.
The Trade Union Executive Committee must grasp the thoughts, aspirations, recommendations, and requests of trade union members and employees to promptly reflect to the Company's Board of Directors; coordinate to promptly resolve the legitimate and lawful aspirations and proposals of union members and employees. Grassroots trade unions must build friendly relationships and be a bridge for employers to understand employees, care for and take care of the material and spiritual lives of employees; propagate and mobilize employees to unite and contribute their efforts and intelligence to contribute to building an increasingly developed company" - Standing Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City Labor Federation said.
