The Hanoi Construction Workers Trade Union is the first grassroots trade union with members who are informal sector workers to be established, under the Hanoi Construction Trade Union, aiming to gather informal sector workers into an organization suitable for the industry, to propagate, disseminate, educate the law, support capital and knowledge to help them increase their income and stabilize their lives.
