The delegates attending the training course are union officials from the business sector and secondary schools in the area.
At the conference, delegates were informed by officials of the Provincial Federation of Labor's Professional Affairs Committee about the basic contents and important new points related to union members and workers in the Labor Law and the Trade Union Law 2024.
The 2024 Trade Union Law has 6 chapters and 37 articles, an increase of 4 articles compared to the current Law, effective from July 1, 2025.

Some notable new points include: Expanding the right to establish, join and operate trade unions for workers without labor relations; Expanding the right to join and operate trade unions for foreign workers.
Specifically regulate the rights and responsibilities of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers
At the training session, the trainees discussed practical difficulties in activities at the grassroots trade union, as well as issues related to the rights and interests of workers, regimes and policies applied to workers.
Through the training program, union officials not only receive updates on new legal regulations but also have the opportunity to improve their collective bargaining skills and organize union activities more effectively.
