Binh Thuan Urban Environment and Services Joint Stock Company has signed labor contracts with 365 people. Binh Thuan Lottery Company Limited has signed contracts with 106 employees. Both companies comply with regulations on severance pay, periodic dialogue, collective labor agreements and grassroots democracy regulations. At the same time, build a planned salary fund and an implementation salary fund for employees in 2024 and a planned salary fund for employees in 2025.

In addition, the company has distributed the salary fund in a full, timely and correct manner to the right subjects according to regulations. Workers at the two companies are also supported with shift meal allowances at the rate of 730,000 VND/person/month. With the nature of each company's work, employees are paid wages for working on holidays and days off according to regulations and ensure daily and weekly working hours; rest hours; the number of days off per year is paid according to regulations when working at Binh Thuan Urban Environment and Services Joint Stock Company.
Binh Thuan Lottery Company Limited ensures the payment of overtime wages, overtime at night, and on holidays according to regulations.

In addition to the achievements, the inspection conclusion also pointed out that Binh Thuan Lottery Company Limited still has 4 limitations and shortcomings. Binh Thuan Urban Environment and Services Joint Stock Company still has 5 limitations and shortcomings.
The Chief Inspector of the Department of Home Affairs of Binh Thuan province requested the above two companies to overcome the limitations and shortcomings and report the results before June 25.
