Over 13,000 jobs are waiting for workers in Ninh Binh

Ninh Binh - On April 6, the Provincial Employment Service Center organized a mobile job fair with the participation of dozens of businesses.

This is the first mobile job fair organized by the Employment Service Center in coordination with the Ninh Binh Provincial Youth Union in 2025. Participating in the mobile job fair are dozens of manufacturing, trading and service enterprises, with a recruitment demand of over 13,000 job targets. In particular, the demand for unskilled labor recruitment accounts for a high proportion with over 8,000 targets.

Notably, at this job fair, many prestigious labor export units participated in consulting, introducing the market and recruiting information for over 6,000 vocational training and labor contracts in Korea, Japan, Germany... with low costs and high income from 20-60 million VND/person/month. In addition, there are vocational colleges with an enrollment need of 18,000 students.

Mr. La Thanh Tung - Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Employment Service Center said that in recent years, the Provincial Employment Service Center has had many creative and flexible solutions to effectively promote the bridge between businesses, schools and workers.

From January 2025 to present, the Center has organized 8 job fairs, with 770 businesses and vocational schools participating in recruitment and 531 workers participating in labor market information exploitation activities at the exchange and website of the Center. As a result, the Center has consulted 7,011 people and introduced jobs to 821 people.
