Propaganda and direction of the Central Party, Secretariat, Government, and State Bank
Mr. Dao Minh Tu emphasized that 2025 is a year with many major events for the country and the nation, with Party Congresses at all levels leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party, Patriotic Emulation Congresses at all levels, and major holidays and events of the Party and the country. 2025 is also a year of comprehensive innovation of the political system of the whole country. Accordingly, there are issues of human resources, job positions, staff capacity; difficulties in economic activities due to the impact of the international economy...
Therefore, the Permanent Deputy Governor, Chairman of the NHVN Trade Union directed the NHVN Trade Union and its affiliated trade unions to grasp the contents of the instructions and directions of the Party Central Committee, the Secretariat, the Government, the State Bank as well as related units to focus on propaganda and explanation for union members and workers to understand and implement; at the same time, strengthen propaganda for Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party. In addition, it is necessary to grasp the policies of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and ministries and branches related to trade union activities to participate and implement promptly.
The Banking Trade Unions at all levels will deploy and organize appropriate and effective patriotic emulation movements based on the content of the launching ceremony of the special emulation movement of the entire Banking sector to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels and celebrate the country's major holidays in 2025. These include: Organizing the study and dissemination of Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on patriotic emulation, in conjunction with emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister and the Governor of the State Bank; Emulating to excellently complete the tasks of the Banking sector in the period of 2024 - 2025. The emulation content is specified and suitable for each unit in the sector, from credit institutions, foreign bank branches, to units in the training sector and mass organizations. Regarding emulation criteria, the units will specify and evaluate according to the level of task completion of the collective and individuals. The units also focus on creating conditions and motivating civil servants and public employees.
Ready to implement the pilot project of model arrangement
Mr. Dao Minh Tu also suggested that the NHVN Trade Union prepare a plan to implement the pilot project to arrange the model of trade union organization under the NHVN Trade Union throughout and effectively, so that it can be implemented soon after the project is approved. Urgently organize programs to meet with bank branches and international organizations related to banking activities, and promote their participation in the NHVN Trade Union organization. At the same time, strengthen advocacy, motivation, ideological work, and education so that union members and employees clearly see their role in merging and consolidating the apparatus; must see that this is an inevitable trend, something that must be done to improve capacity and operational efficiency.
In particular, the NHVN Trade Union and all levels of trade unions must organize well activities to take care of union members and employees both materially and spiritually, especially those who have quit their jobs, lost their jobs, or work in risky, difficult and toxic fields and environments...
