On February 5, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee announced that it has a plan to implement the province's human resource development program in 2025.
According to the plan, in 2025, Khanh Hoa province will focus on training high-quality human resources to meet the needs of production and business units, especially in the province's strengths such as marine economic development; tourism, service, industrial, high-tech agriculture; quality human resources for the province's three dynamic regions.
The locality strives to have 85.8% of trained workers and 32.5% of workers with degrees and certificates by the end of 2025.
Regarding human resource development by development participants, strive by the end of 2025 for 100% of civil servants and public employees working in professional and technical fields to meet the qualifications according to the standards of ranks, professional title standards of civil servants and approved job positions.
At least 98% of civil servants and public employees planned for leadership and management positions must have political theory qualifications corresponding to the planned positions; commune-level civil servants and public employees must meet professional qualifications standards according to the roadmap; at least 95% of commune-level civil servants and public employees planned for leadership and management positions must have political theory qualifications corresponding to the planned positions.
