At the same time, provide information on the participation and payment of unemployment insurance of employees to public employment service organizations in the area, except for Social Insurance of the Ministry of National Defense and Social Insurance of the People's Police; Pay unemployment benefits; support training and improving professional skills; support training and fostering, improving professional skills to maintain jobs for employees.
The Social Insurance agency is also responsible for recovering the money to enjoy unemployment insurance benefits due to incorrect payment according to the decision to enjoy unemployment insurance benefits or incorrect payment within the prescribed time limit or incorrect unemployment insurance collection leading to the settlement of unemployment insurance benefits in violation of regulations and some other responsibilities.
