VNPT Technology Company - VNPT Group (under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology) has just organized the 2026 Employee Delegation Conference.
Attending the conference were Ms. San Thi Binh - Standing Vice President of VNPT Trade Union; comrades in the Party Committee, Company Board of Directors, Company Trade Union Executive Committee, and more than 100 delegates representing officials and employees of VNPT Technology Company.
Speaking at the opening, Mr. To Manh Cuong - General Director of VNPT Technology Company emphasized that the conference is an important democratic forum to strengthen dialogue, promote ownership and create consensus in the company. In 2025, VNPT Technology Company achieved impressive production and business results with revenue of 2,843 billion VND, after-tax profit of 42.5 billion VND; outstanding double-digit growth; average income of employees reached 22.2 million VND/month, an increase of 9% compared to the previous year. In 2026, the Company sets a goal to continue to grow at double digits, improve production and business efficiency and improve the lives of employees.
Also at the conference, delegates listened to reports on production and business results in 2025, directions and tasks for 2026; reports on trade union activities; reports to the People's Inspection Board; reports on amending and building collective labor agreements for the period 2026-2029 and measures to improve the quality of the working environment. Ms. San Thi Binh acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements of VNPT Technology Company, especially in maintaining growth, taking care of workers' lives and building collective labor agreements with many contents that are more beneficial than general regulations. At the same time, she requested VNPT Technology Company's Trade Union to continue to improve the quality of operations, improve the working environment and strengthen inspection and supervision, accompanying expertise in human resource development and promoting production and business.
The conference approved the content of the 2026-2029 collective labor agreement, elected the People's Inspection Committee for the 2026-2028 term, approved the list of the Regular Dialogue Group and launched the 2026 emulation movement with the determination to excellently complete production and business tasks, contributing to building VNPT Technology Company for sustainable development.
