Prominent is the Trade Union Meal program, with the value of meals increased by 40,000 VND/meal compared to normal days, contributing to improving the quality of meals and increasing the connection between workers, trade union organizations and businesses.
In particular, this year's National Day, 3,000 workers were rewarded 500,000 VND/person, with a total amount of 1.5 billion VND, contributing to helping workers have more conditions to take care of their families and celebrate a joyful and warm holiday.

The Trade Union of Ha Bac Export Garment Joint Stock Company said that the Company rewards probationary workers 500,000 VND/person, workers with working hours from 6 months to 1 year 600,000 VND/person and the remaining workers 700,000 VND/person on September 2.
The Trade Union also coordinates with businesses to organize the Trade Union Meal program for union members and workers.
The program is organized with 4,830 meals, each worth 62,000 VND, bringing full, quality meals and warm colleagues' feelings.
In which, the Company's Trade Union supported 44,000 VND/portion, and the enterprise supported 18,000 VND/portion.
