The 2025 Lunar New Year bonus at these enterprises is expected to average 5.3 million VND/person, the highest is 65 million VND and the lowest is 600,000 VND.
The expected 2025 New Year bonus at 6 enterprises belonging to companies with state-controlled shares and capital contributions for 3,003 employees is 1 million VND/person on average, the highest is 2 million VND, the lowest is 300,000 VND.
The 2025 Lunar New Year bonus at this business sector is expected to average 10.1 million VND/person, the highest being 47 million VND and the lowest being 250,000 VND.
The expected 2025 New Year bonus at 746 private enterprises with more than 36,000 employees is an average of VND 500,000/person, the highest is over VND 137 million and the lowest is VND 50,000.
The average Lunar New Year bonus in 2025 at 691 private enterprises with more than 32,000 employees is expected to be 5.8 million VND/person, the highest is more than 159 million VND and the lowest is 200,000 VND.
The expected 2025 New Year bonus at 75 foreign-invested enterprises (FDI) with more than 140,000 employees is an average of VND 140,000, the highest is VND 146.6 million and the lowest is VND 50,000.
Lunar New Year Bonus 2025 at 83 FDI enterprises with more than 160,000 employees, average 4.9 million VND/person, highest 410 million VND and lowest 70,000 VND.
