Accordingly, for the block of LLCs with 100% charter capital held by the State, the highest bonus is 19.36 million VND/person, the average is 4.6 million VND/person, the lowest is 300 thousand VND/person.
For companies with shares and capital contributions controlled by the State, the highest bonus is 37 million VND/person; the average is 2.4 million VND/person, the lowest is 300 thousand VND/person.
In the private enterprise sector, the highest bonus is 30 million VND/person, the average is 2.9 million VND/person, the lowest is 300 thousand VND/person.
In the foreign-invested enterprise sector, the highest bonus is 74 million VND/person; the average is 4.6 million VND/person, the lowest is 300 thousand VND/person.
Some businesses plan to pay bonuses to employees on the occasion of New Year's Eve with an average bonus of 1.6 million VND/person, the highest is 15 million VND/person, the lowest is 100 thousand VND/person.
The average bonus that businesses plan to give employees for the Lunar New Year 2025 is 3.6 million VND/person (higher than the Lunar New Year 2024).
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin in 2024, in Nghe An, the highest bonus given by enterprises is 80 million VND, the lowest is 150,000 VND/person. The average bonus given by enterprises to employees on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin is 3.58 million VND/person.
