According to this report, through synthesis, there are 225 enterprises reporting expected bonuses for the 2025 New Year with 18,465 employees. Accordingly, the average bonus is 2.2 million VND/person. The highest is 30 million VND/person, the lowest is 200 thousand VND/person for employees working less than 6 months.
In addition, 968 enterprises reported their expected Lunar New Year bonuses for 2025, with 127,232 employees. Accordingly, the highest bonus is 519 million VND/person (Foreign-invested enterprises), the average bonus is 8.5 million VND/person, the lowest bonus is 1 million VND/person for new employees who have worked for less than 12 months.
"At the time of the report, localities in Long An province recorded that there was 1 enterprise with long-term salary arrears," the report stated.
