Standing Secretariat presents Tet gifts to Nu Village people

On January 16, Mr. Tran Cam Tu, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission visited and presented gifts to the people of Lang Nu.

The delegation included Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang, member of the Party Central Committee, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Mr. Hoang Cong Thuy, Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, and leaders of Lao Cai province.

At the Cultural House of Lang Nu village, Phuc Khanh commune, Bao Yen district, the working delegation sent words of sympathy and encouragement to the people in the resettlement area.

Mr. Tran Cam Tu expressed his emotion and joy when he returned to see that Nu Village had strongly revived, and that people had a new, safe, spacious and clean place to live, starting a new future, a new life.

In order for Lang Nu to truly develop, Mr. Tran Cam Tu suggested that people continue to promote the spirit of mutual love, join hands to overcome all difficulties and challenges, be determined to restore production, stabilize life after natural disasters, and together build a civilized and united community.

On behalf of the people of Lang Nu village, Phuc Khanh commune, Village Chief Hoang Van Hiep expressed his deep gratitude to the leaders of the Party and State for always paying special attention and love to the people of Lang Nu village. The locality will strive to promote the spirit of solidarity, unanimity, love, mutual support, helping each other overcome pain, stabilize life and together determine to build Lang Nu village increasingly green - clean - beautiful - civilized, to become a model village in the future.

On behalf of the Party and State leaders, the Standing Secretariat sent warm regards to the officers, soldiers of the armed forces, workers, and people of all ethnic groups in Lao Cai province on the occasion of the nation's traditional New Year.

Appreciating the efforts of Lao Cai province in general and Bao Yen district in particular in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, Mr. Tran Cam Tu requested the Party committees, authorities, and armed forces to well implement the contents of Directive No. 40 of the Secretariat on organizing the Lunar New Year 2025, taking care of people to have a warm and complete Tet.

On this occasion, the delegation presented 33 Tet gifts to households in the resettlement area of ​​Lang Nu village.

On the same day, the delegation visited and presented 50 Tet gifts to war invalids, policy families, poor households, families whose houses were completely destroyed by storm No. 3, and workers, civil servants, and laborers working at MDF Company and Phuc Long Hydropower Plant in difficult circumstances in Bao Yen district.

At the same time, the delegation donated 1 billion VND to the "For the Poor" Fund of Lao Cai province.
