As a result, the total revenue of the 4 units of the Block was 358.9 billion VND; the Trade Union Institution Project Management Board disbursed 69 billion VND.
Average income of officers and employees in the Block is from 7.3 million VND to 13 million VND/person/month.

Speaking at the conference, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Xuan Hung highly appreciated the results that units in Emulation Block No. 5 have achieved in the past year.
Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Xuan Hung requested that in 2025, Emulation Bloc No. 5 must promote the results achieved in production and business activities in 2024, focusing on emulation and innovation, improving productivity, product and service quality and efficiency of assigned work.
Coordinate the implementation of professional and union work, care for the lives, jobs and welfare regimes of union members and workers; ensure stable jobs and incomes for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers.
Carefully review the facilities and areas at risk of waste to find solutions. If it is beyond the scope of authority, report to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; streamline the unit's apparatus according to the determination of the entire political system on streamlining the apparatus with the goal of "Straight - Lean - Strong - Effective - Effective - Efficient".
