Thirty-five percent of workers - including 45 percent of young workers (18-27 years old) - said they were likely to change jobs in the next six months.

A recent survey by ManpowerGroup of 12,000 workers in 16 countries has revealed surprising results about the current job satisfaction of workers around the world.

According to the survey results, 35% of workers, of which 45% are young workers (18-27 years old) said they are likely to change jobs in the next 6 months.

Only 63% of employees trust their managers with career development opportunities. Remote work is no longer a guarantee of satisfying work-life balance, with 41% of remote workers likely to switch jobs.

Most workers (87%) are confident in their skills. However, 34% of workers say they lack the opportunities they need to achieve their career goals at their current company.

Meanwhile, 59% of workers reported no skills training in the past 6 months. This leaves 57% of workers clearly aware of opportunities for advancement within the organization, many of whom feel a lack of career development in their current jobs.

On the other hand, 49% of workers say they feel stressed at work every day, posing a major challenge for businesses in terms of taking care of the overall well-being of their employees. Those who experience less daily stress are twice as likely to stay in their current job.

According to the survey's recommendations, businesses need to try harder to help employees balance work and life, as only 65% ​​of workers feel supported in this aspect.
