According to information from the Dinh Vu Industrial Park Trade Union President Club, in the first half of 2025, grassroots trade unions in the club organized 119 dialogues, resolving 132 recommendations of workers, on average each enterprise handled more than one recommendation. The results show that after a frank and good-will exchange process, 53.4% of enterprises agreed to adjust salary increases, an average increase of 235,000 VND/person/month, bringing the basic salary to 6 million VND/month. The average income of direct workers reached 11.2 million VND/month, of which basic salary accounted for 44%, allowances were 19%, bonuses were 16% and overtime was 21%.
The welfare of workers has been significantly improved, mostly higher than the general level of the entire economic zone. In particular, tuition fees need to reach 489,000 VND/month (compared to 421,000 VND), travel allowances 452,000 VND/month (compared to 449,000 VND), shift meals reach 34,600 VND (compared to 30,000 VND). 41.8% of businesses supported housing rental at 350,000 VND/person/month (compared to 302,000 VND), health examination costs reached 728,000 VND/person (compared to 604,000 VND), and tuition support was 300,000 VND/child. The average 13th month salary salary is 1.1 months' salary. Many businesses have added benefits such as support for breast tenderness, seniority, long-term home, estate, holidays, gifts for Tet... to retain and encourage the spirit of workers.
